This month's focus character traits were Respect and Responsibility.  Ms. Aguirre lead the school in a discussion about what those words mean, and how we can all demonstrate them in our daily routines.  The students brainstormed their ideas, shared them with partners and had the opportunity to share them with the rest of those in attendance.  Mrs. Wicklander's 5th/6th combo class presented their own ideas of what those words mean.  Each student shared how they can be respectful or responsible and how it makes them feel when they are.  They gave great examples that all students could use to become better community members.  

 

Before the assembly was concluded, we honored our Students of the Month.
