Welcome to Kindergarten! In Kindergarten, we work to master letters/sounds, sight words, and number correspondence from 1-20. We will work on guided reading and developing social-emotional skills for each child. This is a very important year to develop a strong foundation in reading and number knowledge. We have developed six specific units to explore, which include: community, weather, past and present, forces and motion, plants and animals, and ecology. We are excited to work with each and every one of our students! J
