COVID-19 Preparedness Plan
Franklin-McKinley School District's (FMSD's) COVID-19 Safety Plans Based on the California Dept. of Public Health Framework The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) developed a new framework (published on January 14, 2021) to support school communities as they decide when and how to implement in-person instruction for the 2020-2021 school year. This framework is an update to the COVID-19 and Reopening In-Person Learning Framework for K-12 Schools in California, 2020-2021 School Year (July 17, 2020) guidance. This update also impacts guidance in the COVID-19 Prepared: Reopening of Santa Clara County K-12 Schools (September 21, 2020). Based on this new framework, the following documents linked below provide crucial information to our community on what FMSD is implementing to keep students and staff safe while on campuses during in-person instruction.
