Mrs. Ogg's fourth graders began this year learning about California's geography. They learned about California's four major regions and they even researched everything that makes our state special using their iPads. To complete their study, our students created their own California salt maps and identified the different regions by painting them.  Our fourth graders practiced writing post cards using the facts that they discovered through their research to share with other students.  Throughout the year, Mrs.Ogg's class will be exchanging post cards with other states and countries from around the world to learn more about our nation and other cultures. We are all very excited to see what we will learn about next!
